Cancel or refund a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; refunds go through the same store. Deleting the app does not cancel.

A card scanned wrong

Tell us the card, set and number, and what the app said instead. A photo of the card helps. Sleeves, glare and angle are the usual causes.

Delete your account

Settings › Delete account removes your account and everything in it. Or ask below and we will do it within 30 days, as the privacy policy says.

Your data

The privacy policy lists exactly what we store, who processes it, and for how long. Privacy requests sent through this form are answered within 30 days.
